Chemical pump with flushing Plan53A

Chemical pump with flushing PLAN53A flushing scheme is suitable for working conditions with strong corrosion, high temperature, or solid particles. Its core characteristics are as follows:

Scheme principle:

PLAN53A provides isolation liquid with a pressure of 0.14-0.17MPa higher than the medium pressure through an external pressurized storage tank (usually filled with nitrogen), which is driven by a pumping ring to isolate the process medium from the atmosphere and achieve zero leakage. The chemical compatibility between the fluoroplastic lining (such as PTFE/PFA) of the fluorine pump and the isolation fluid is the key to selection.

Applicable scenarios:

Corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, electrolytes, etc. require compatibility between the isolation liquid and the medium (such as ethylene glycol aqueous solution). Hazardous media: toxic or volatile fluids such as acrylonitrile and chlorine water. High temperature condition: The isolation liquid is temperature controlled through a cooler, suitable for the range of -20 ℃~150 ℃.

Implementation points:

The storage tank should be equipped with pressure gauges and liquid level alarm devices, and the nitrogen pressure should not exceed 2.0MPa. The sealed chamber must comply with API682 standard and support dual end sealing arrangement. Thoroughly exhaust before starting to avoid air blockage affecting circulation.

Maintenance Tips:

Regularly check the purity of the isolation liquid and the liquid level of the storage tank. Abnormal drops may indicate seal failure. In polymerization or crystallization media, priority should be given to selecting PLAN53A instead of PLAN52.
